The British Association of Film, Television and Screen Studies shortlisted a poster based on my cine-map research for their postgraduate poster competition, which is part of the BAFTSS annual conference. I was all set to travel up to St. Andrews to present the research and meet other researchers, but then Covid-19 put a stop to all that.
Fortunately, BAFTSS took the competition online, which means the poster can *potentially* reach a wider audience than conference attendees.

It’s a competition, which means there’s voting. It’s essentially an audience award. A vote for the cine-map poster would be greatly appreciated. There’s a cash prize of £100 which if I win, I will spend entirely on toilet paper and baking supplies further research.
UPDATE: I won! The full story is here.
